【使用步骤】

1. 确保 VPN 已连接
2. 双击 start.bat      -> 启动隧道（推荐日常使用）
   或双击 restart.bat  -> 启动看门狗（隧道断了自动重启，最稳定）
3. 看到 frpc 输出 "start proxy success" 表示成功
4. 保持窗口开启

【文件说明】

start.bat      -> 启动 gost + frpc，退出时自动清理 gost
restart.bat    -> 看门狗模式，start.bat 退出后 10 秒自动重启（最稳定）
status.bat     -> 检查 gost/frpc 是否在运行，测试 1080 端口
stop.bat       -> 强制停止所有隧道进程

【遇到问题】

- 连不上？双击 stop.bat 清理，再双击 start.bat
- 频繁断开？用 restart.bat（看门狗自动重启）
- gost 日志在 gost.log

【故障排查顺序】

1. 双击 status.bat 看进程状态
2. 如果 gost/frpc 没运行，双击 start.bat
3. 如果还不行，确认 VPN 是否连接
4. 查看 gost.log 有没有报错
